VocalEyes is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication app that can be used with the NeuroSky MindWave Mobile headset to use blinks to communicate.

Blinking twice selects a card to be spoken
Blinking three times goes back a level
Blinking four times goes back to the beginning.

Users can create sets of cards that can be used for different situations. Each card has a picture, a title, and text that to be read.
